Colour: Clear and bright with hues of straw.
Nose: a Seductive combination of cut grass and fig aromas with ripe tropical notes.
Palate: Full flavours of Sauvignon Blanc are expressed by this wine. The Finish is long and fruited with a fresh, crisp acidity through out.
Comments: This wine has a surprising ageing potential for a Sauvignon Blanc. Only fully developed in 2 years and lasts up to five years with careful cellaring.
