Winemaker's comments
This intense, vibrant Shiraz shows the deep purple of a youthful wine. The aromas are rich and peppery, with red berry and coconut undertones. On the palate, there are the sweet, exotic flavours highlighted by velvety rounded tannins. The wine has the potential to reach full development in 5 years time. This wine is from a selected single vineyard block and was matured for 12 months in selected American Oak barrels.
