Mischa Wine Information
Mischa Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2000
Winemaker's comments
Dark and dense in colour. The nose reveals some blackcurrant fruit with hints of spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon following through to the intense fruitiness on the palate. Matured in 100% new French oak for 12 months. The is rounded, with a smooth mouthfeel, while the firm, well-balanced tannin structure promises long aging potential. Will start development from three years time.
