Mischa Wine Information
Mischa Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
Winemaker's comments
Appearance: Dark ruby with magenta rim at the edge.
Nose: Rich red plums and blackberry aromas with a touch of new oak cinnamon spice.
Palate: Mouthfilling with loads of ripe fruit and the cinnamon spice from the nose following through to the palate. Balanced and sophisticated layers of flavour make this wine a pleasure. The finish is very long but dry.
Comments: Tasted at the beginning of June 2008. Delicious and ready to drink but will still improve over the next three years. It is an excellent example of what South African Cabernet Sauvignon can be.
