Mischa Wine Information

Mischa Estate Shiraz 2004

Winemaker's comments

Colour: An almost impenetrable black to a rich red at the edge.

Nose: Concentrated black berry fruit with careful use of wood to enhance the already rich spicy aromas.

Palate: Full flavours of blackberry and spice with hints of black pepper. The ripe tannins and firm structure and full flavours with its long dry finish help to make this the polished wine it is.

Comments: The balance and complexity of this wine will further reward good cellaring for another at least two years before it reached its peak. Drink before mid 2011. Drink with a pan fried fillet and wild mushrooms of a beef stroganoff.
