ACCORDANCE 2019 QUICK NOTES
APPEARANCE: This Bordeaux blend has a rich, dark ruby colour with a deep and alluring rim.
NOSE: Ripe plum and mulberry followed by secondary aromas of tobacco and subtle hints of dark chocolate.
PALATE: Flavours of dark berries, plums and cedar wood accompanies the fruity tannins all the way through its development.
PAIRING: This wine drinks well on its own and pairs beautifully with rich red meats such as lamb shank and a good steak.
AGEING: This wine can be aged for 4 to 5 years but can also be enjoyed right now.
Being a classic Bordeaux blend the Accordance consists of 4 out of the 5 Bordeaux cultivars. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot blends together in this wine to create a masterpiece of sensorial art. Each cultivar is picked individually and made to express itself as uniquely as possible and only blended together when each wine can contribute to the amazing final product. Each vineyard has its own personality and is treated as individual dependants to ensure that each one can produce its own special aspect to this marvelous wine.
