VITICULTURAL ANALYSIS
Cabernet Franc is one of the 5 red grape varieties used in Bordeaux blends and originates from the Loire Valley in France. Being one of the parent cultivars of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc is more than capable of being vinified as a single cultivar wine. On Mischa Estate, Cabernet Franc is very close to our hearts and a lot of attention was given to the Cabernet Franc vineyard to improve the growing conditions and to create the optimal microclimate for the grapes.
