MALBEC 2020 QUICK NOTES
APPEARANCE: Deep, dark magenta with purple hues.
NOSE: Blueberries, black cherry and strawberry jam, followed by rich notes of French oak and Christmas cake.
PALATE: Full bodied, smooth, succulent and well balanced. Blueberries and cocoa mix perfectly with the soft, yet substantial tannins that run to a velvety finish.
PAIRING: Drinks well on it’s own, but pairs superbly with Italian food, lean steak cuts and with richer fish such as salmon.
AGEING POTENTIAL: Ready for consumption now. Will age well for 5 to 8 years.
Malbec is known for making intense, darkly coloured wines with strong tannins, with the Mischa Malbec 2020 being no exception. This wine is very rich in fruit flavours and is an absolute pleasure to drink. Being the smallest part of the Mischa production, the Malbec 2020 is as exclusive as it comes with only 680 bottles produced. This exceptional wine is definitely one to get your hands on.
