VITICULTURAL ANALYSIS
Merlot is one of the 5 grape varieties used typically in Bordeaux blends but is also very popular as a single cultivar wine. Usually producing more delicate style red wines, Merlot typically blends very well with the bolder Cabernet Sauvignon. At Mischa we blended a small amount of Cabernet Franc with our Merlot, and matured the wine in tight grained French oak for 15 months to produce an absolute gem of a Merlot for everyone to enjoy.
